Shipping

/DOMESTIC SHIPPING/
All Pillow Covers Ship for a flat rate of $4.99
1. We ship all items via United States Post Office. 
2. All domestic order ship priority mail (2-3 days) w/ delivery confirmation.
3. Buyers has the option to add insurance for $1.70. 
4. We can not be held responsible for lost items. 
5. Overnight Shipping is available. Please contact us for a shipping quote and pillow availability. 

/PILLOW INSERTS/
Our Mini Lumbar Pillow Inserts ship for $7.00 plus $2.00 for any additional item. They ship out Priority Mail and any postage overcharges will be refunded.

/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/
1.We ship most international order First Class or Priority Flat Rate Mail. Which ever is least amount for postage. And any postage overcharges will be refunded.
2.Flat rate and first class mail is not eligible for insurance. 
3.Buyer has the option to upgrade there order to regular priority mail if they wish to insure their package. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
4.Delivery time varies by destination. 
5.Your custom form number is not a tracking number. It's proof of shipment. 
6.USPS does not track these packages once they leave the US. 
7. We are not responsible for any customs charges once the packages arrive in your country.
8.Lost/ Stolen / Undelivered packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

Refunds and Exchanges

/7 DAY RETURN POLICY/
Thank you for shopping with Chic Decor Pillows. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a full refund or exchange. We must be contacted within 7 days from receiving product and it must also be postmark/shipped within 7 days to receive a refund/or exchange. Please contact us before returning your item so we can properly and promptly process your return. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped.) Buyer pays for all shipping cost.

/CONDITIONS/
All returned items must be in new and unused condition in order to receive a full refund. "New and unused" means there are no marks or signs of use on the product. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. Returns can be shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx, and UPS. 
Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance.  That way you will be protected from loss during shipping. We also highly recommend delivery Confirmation/ Tracking on all returns. We are not responsible for lost packages.

/CUSTOM ORDERS/
We do not accept refunds on custom orders. 

/SALE ITEMS/
All Sale Items are Final. No Returns.
