About us

Chic Decor Pillows began as a simple, meaningful hobby—when I (Priscila) started learning to sew from my mom, Emilia. What began as time spent creating together quickly turned into a shared passion for design, craftsmanship, and beautiful home decor.

In 2010, we took a leap and opened our Etsy shop, turning that passion into something more. What started at our kitchen table has grown into a mother-daughter business built on creativity, dedication, and a love for thoughtfully designed pillow covers.

We believe that even the smallest details can transform a home. A well-made pillow can add warmth, texture, and personality—bringing a space to life in a simple yet meaningful way. We want you to love your pillow cover! If something isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges under the guidelines below.

Returns & Exchanges

7 Day Standard Return Policy

Our standard return policy begins on the day your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, we ask that:

  1. You contact us within 7 days of delivery either through our contact form or by email at chicdecorpillows@gmail.com
  2. Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days from the date the order was delivered.
  3. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  4. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Extended Return & Exchange Window

We also offer an extended 30-day return/exchange window from the delivery date.

  • Returns made during the extended window are subject to a 25% restocking fee
  • Exchanges do not include a restocking fee
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Custom Orders

  • Custom sizes and made-to-order custom items are considered final saleand are non-returnable.
  • To help ensure the fabric is the right fit for your space, we’re happy to provide fabric swatches before ordering. Most swatches are complimentary; however, if a swatch needs to be specially ordered from one of our vendors, the cost of the swatch and shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Fabric Swatches

Most fabric swatches are complimentary and we’re happy to mail them out to help you feel confident in your selection before placing an order. In some cases, if we need to special order a swatch from one of our vendors, the cost of the swatch and shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Sale items

Pillow covers marked as sale, limited stock, clearance, or discounted promotional items are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
